<正>生物体细胞中有多条细胞信号通路,这些信号通路在生物的胚胎发育、器官形成、物质和能量代谢中起着关键作用。Wnt信号途径是一类进化上相对保守,在许多动物机体中(包括蝇类、虫类、鱼类、蛙类、小鼠及人类)对控制胚胎发育有重要作用的信号传导途径。目前研究显示,Wnt信号途径参与哺
