<正>老年嗓音(presbyphonia)是指由于喉的老化而导致的嗓音年龄相关性改变,又称年龄相关性嗓音改变(age related voice change)。据估计,约12%~29%的老年人有嗓音障碍,而其中约10%为老年嗓音。嗓音/生活质量调查显示,老年人对其生活质量的感受(如生命力、总体健康状态、心理健康状态等)与其对嗓音质量的感觉显著相关,自觉嗓音质量变差的老年人,有不愿意参加社会活动的倾向。
