听骨链重建材料临床应用的文献评价

A Literature Review of Ossicular Reconstruction Material in Tympanoplasty

摘要
目的评价各种听骨链材料的相对优劣性,为临床选择听骨链重建材料提供参考。方法通过电子检查(不设年限)及手工检索(1998年11月~2007年6月)发表在国内外各种医学期刊上有关听骨链成形材料的临床研究文献,并进行质量评价,对符合条件的研究再进行Meta分析。结果检索发现相关文献200篇,最终纳入7篇文献,对其进行合并分析,选出钛质听骨与自体听骨、钛质听骨与羟基磷灰石、钛质听骨与骨水泥、钛质听骨与多孔聚乙烯相比较的文献各两篇。Meta分析发现钛质听骨优于多孔聚乙烯听骨,其余各组未见明显差异。结论不同的听骨链重建材料各有优缺点,钛质听骨较其他听骨链重建材料疗效较好。复合听骨材料赝复物结合了两种或多种材料的优点,将是未来应用广泛的听骨链重建材料。
