<正>声带特有的精细结构及功能是发声的基础,其中组织学上又以声带固有层细胞外基质(extracellular matrix,ECM)最受关注。当声带损伤至一定程度后,细胞外基质的组成及分布发生变化,纤维组织增生,产生不可逆瘢痕,可引起发声
