Chirp声诱发的听性稳态反应研究现状

摘要
<正>听性稳态反应(auditory steady-state response,ASSR)是一种具有频率特异性的客观测听方法,已被广泛应用于临床。但是,通常用于记录ASSR的刺激声(单一调幅载波)只激活了耳蜗基底膜上的小部分区域,所得反应幅度较低。线性调频脉冲声(Chirp声)能克服耳蜗的特殊解剖结构造成的行波延迟,在耳蜗中增加了"实时同步"(temporal synchro-ny),使得以Chirp刺激声为探测音的ASSR检测能够改善听阈评估效果并提高测试的速率,已用于听阈评估、新生儿听力筛查、听神经病检测与诊断等方面。本文针对Chirp声的设计与产生、Chirp-ASSR临床应用综述如下。
