重度听力障碍婴幼儿运动发育能力研究

摘要
目的比较重度听力障碍儿童大运动及精细运动能力与同龄正常儿童的差异。方法经ABR确诊的54例重度听力障碍儿童,男28例,女26例,年龄0~3岁。其中,0~岁16例,1~岁20例,2~3岁18例。选择同期在本院儿童保健门诊做发育监测的听力言语正常的0~3岁婴幼儿60名为对照组,男31名,女29名;0~岁20例,1~岁22例,2~3岁18例。采用北京首都儿科研究所修订的0~6岁小儿神经心理发育量表评估两组婴幼儿大运动及精细运动能力,结果以发育商表示。结果 <2岁听力障碍婴幼儿运动能力发育商与同龄正常婴幼儿差异无显著统计学意义(P>0.05),2~3岁听力障碍幼儿精细运动发育商(93.55±8.43)明显低于正常幼儿(107.2±7.92)(P<0.05)。结论 2岁后听力障碍幼儿精细运动发育水平落后于正常幼儿。
