豚鼠鼓膜脐部振动的初步观察

摘要
目的观察正常豚鼠鼓膜脐部的振动速度特点。方法新鲜豚鼠颞骨标本,磨除骨性外耳道,暴露鼓膜,分别给予强度为90dBSPL、频率为0.5、1、1.5、2、2.5、3、3.5、4、4.5、5、5.5、6、7、8kHz的纯音声刺激,利用激光多普勒振动仪检测系统测量鼓膜脐部的振动速度。结果不同时刻重复测得的豚鼠鼓膜脐部振动的频率响应曲线形状相似,3kHz以下频率范围内差异小于1dB,3kHz以上频率范围内差异变化范围在7dB以内。豚鼠鼓膜脐部振动的频率响应曲线两个峰值分别在2和4.5kHz处;左右耳鼓膜脐部振动的频率响应曲线相比较差异在+5dB~-12dB。结论在0.5~8kHz范围内,豚鼠鼓膜脐部振动频响曲线在2和4、5kHz处各有一峰值;豚鼠左右耳鼓膜的脐部振动速度和频率响应曲线峰值基本具有一致性。
