卡那霉素耳中毒后豚鼠耳蜗细胞凋亡的研究

摘要

目的　探讨卡那霉素耳中毒后耳蜗毛细胞有无凋亡。方法　取听力正常豚鼠 12只 ,实验组 6只 ,对照组 6只分别给予 40 0mg·kg-1·d-1卡那霉素和生理盐水肌注 ,连续 10天 ,停药一周后处死。取右侧听泡石腊包埋切片。用末端脱氧核苷酸转移酶介导的dUTP缺口末端标记技术 (TUNEL)检测耳蜗细胞凋亡。结果　实验组中Corti器毛细胞及支持细胞 ,血管纹边缘细胞均有凋亡 ,而螺旋神经节细胞无凋亡 ;对照组均无凋亡。结论　耳蜗细胞凋亡在卡那霉素所致耳蜗损害中起重要作用。
