听性脑干反应骨导刺激声的声学特性

摘要
目的测试骨导骨振管输出的短声及短纯音的声学特性,为骨导听性脑干电反应测试提供参考依据。方法在准自由声场中,以精密声学测量仪器对TDH-39P、RadioEarB-71等换能器换能产生的短声及短纯音进行声学特性测试。结果骨导短声与气导短声的频谱差异较大,气导短声的频谱较宽,6.7kHz以内有均匀的高能量输出,骨导短声3.7kHz以上能量输出已很低;骨导与气导短纯者声学波形相似,提示以气、骨导短纯音诱发的听觉脑干电反应具有良好的可比性;上升时间、平台对骨导短纯音频谱有与气导短纯音相似的影响。以DantecConcerto产生电压信号,经RadioEarB-71换能的不同门控的骨导短纯音频谱差异并不明显。结论在行骨导听觉诱发电位测试之前,对刺激声声学特性进行测试十分重要。
