豚鼠耳蜗微血管SP受体阳性结构的观察

摘要
目的探讨SP(substanceP)调节耳蜗血流的作用机理。方法本研究采用免疫组织化学ABC技术结合葡萄糖氧化酶-DAB-镍染色法,观察豚鼠耳蜗微血管SP受体的分布状态。结果豚鼠耳蜗基底膜各圈均可见SP受体阳性的微血管,阳性结构主要位于血管内膜,呈密度增高的线状分布。结论作用于耳蜗微血管内膜SP受体的SP,主要来源于血液及内皮细胞自身。
