常用的助听器验配公式

<正>助听器的验配是听觉障碍者康复的重要一环,只有为他们选择合适的助听器,以达到最佳的听力补偿效果,才能有助于听觉言语的康复.迄今为止,国际上出现了许多助听器的验配方法和程序,而验配公式就是其中一个重要内容.目前国际上采用的公式很多,大多数公式是基于听阈级(HL)的,一部分是基于最适响度级(MCL)的,它们都是在Lybarger公式基础上进行了不同程度的改进.其公式是针对感音神经性聋患者认为对舒适听觉所需的增益应是听阈值的一半,即所谓的半增益法.下面介绍几种国际上常用的助听器验配公式.
