显微血管减压术治疗血管压迫性耳鸣

摘要文中报告１９８８年以来经乙状窦后显微血管减压术治疗耳鸣１６例。术中均见有血管袢压迫第ＶＩＩＩ颅神经。１６例术后耳鸣均消失，随访１～５年无复发。
