高功能孤独症儿童疑问句表达能力的特征研究
A Study on the Characteristics of Interrogative Sentence Expression Ability in High-functioning Autistic Children

【Abstract】Objective To explore the characteristics of interrogative sentence expression ability in children with high-functioning autism (HFA). Methods A total of 22 HFA children aged 3~6 years, 22 physiological age matched normal children aged 3~6 years(group A) , and 22 language age matched normal children (group B) were studied. The interrogative sentence expression ability of HFA children was compared with group A and group B under context-induced experimental design. Results The total amount of interrogative sentences and target-induced questions of HFA children were significantly lower than normal children (P<0.01). There was no difference between HFA children and normal children in the number of self-produced interrogative sentences (P>0.05). In the output of interrogative sentences, the interaction effect between children's types and general interrogative sentences was not significant (P>0.05).In the output of interrogative sentences, the interaction effect between children's types and special interrogative sentences was significant (P<0.05),except “why”and “when", there were differences between HFA children and normal children (P<0.05).Conclusion The interrogative sentence expression ability of HFA children is significantly behind normal children. The difference is mainly reflected in the expression of special interrogative sentences.HFA children are not flexible enough in interrogative sentence expression.
