人工耳蜗植入体的可靠性及检测方法

摘要
<正>目前市场上的人工耳蜗系统由体外部分和植入部分组成。体外部分包含信号处理单元和传输线圈等部件,负责采集和处理声音信号,并转化为电信号,通过射频传输线圈传递给植入部分,同时也负责给植入部分供电。植入部分(植入体)通常包含接收线圈、刺激器和电极阵列。接收线圈接收到信号后,经刺激器内部神经芯片电路解码后,在电极阵列上产生神经脉冲刺激电流,电极阵列植入耳蜗内,刺激电流直接刺激听神经产生听觉。
