重复经颅磁刺激治疗卒中后失语症的研究进展

摘要
<正>失语是由于大脑损伤引起的语言功能部分或全部丧失,是卒中后常见功能障碍之一,其主要临床表现为口语表达、听理解、阅读和书写障碍。失语多由脑血管疾病引起,据报道,约有30%的卒中患者遗留语言功能障碍([1])。失语不仅会影响患者日常交流和生活质量,减少社会参与感,降低生活质量,还会带来一定的经济负担。目前,治疗失语症的方式包括:Schuell刺激疗法、交流效果促进法、去除阻断法等,但对失语改善程度有限。
