<正>前语言阶段(prelinguistic stage)是个体在学会使用有意义语言前会经历的一段较长的言语发生准备阶段,通常指个体出生后0~18个月。在此阶段需要发展起来的关键沟通技能包括:眼神接触、轮流、手势、发声、模仿和共同注意~([1]),其中,发声是个体习得口语的基石,通常在生命的第一年开始发展。自闭症谱系障碍(autism spectrum disorder,ASD)是一种以社交沟通缺陷及兴趣狭窄、重复刻板行为为核心特征的广泛性发育障碍,沟通障碍是其主要特征,表现为延迟或完全缺乏口头语言和手势,启动或维持对话困难,刻板和重复地使用语言(American Psychiatric Association,2000)。受到年龄和先前早期干预经验的影响,已有的研究对ASD前语言阶段持续时间的报告结果存在较大差异,较为一致的观点是,至少有30%的ASD儿童在5岁前口语发展不超过最低水平(即20~30个单词),
