前庭功能障碍对认知功能影响的评估工具研究进展

<正>前庭系统在解剖学上与大脑皮层、海马和杏仁核的广泛区域相连,前庭信息输入丧失可能导致这些认知和情感回路的损害~([1])。已有直接证据表明前庭疾病患者表现出一系列认知缺陷,这些缺陷不仅表现在视空间功能上,而且还包括诸如对象识别、记忆之类的非空间功能。有学者对2012年美国国民健康状况进行了横断面研究,结果显示,与正常同龄儿童相比,患有眩晕的儿童对情绪、注意力或行为感到困难的几率增加了三倍~([2])。前庭功能障碍导致眩晕的患者往往伴随着其他障碍,如:
