家庭支持力度与听障儿童康复效果相关性的研究进展

Research Progress on the Correlation between Family Support Intensity and Rehabilitation Outcomes in Children with Hearing Impairment

摘要
听力障碍是儿童主要残疾之一,助听器和人工耳蜗植入是目前主要听觉补偿手段,但干预效果仍存在明显差异,随着听觉干预技术的提升和康复教育的发展,全面、精准优化康复结局是听力障碍治疗的重要目标。家庭支持在家庭成员疾病的治疗、管理和整体健康中发挥重要作用,是听力障碍儿童干预效果的重要影响因素。目前国内外研究发现许多家庭支持因素影响听力障碍儿童康复效果,包括家庭社会经济地位、参与程度、语言输入情况、书籍接触等,并开发了相关应用量表。本文概述了家庭支持与听力障碍儿童相关的研究进展。
