<正>大前庭水管综合征(large vestibular aqueduct syndrome, LVAS)是一种先天性内耳畸形,是由于前庭水管扩大导致听觉功能损伤的常染色体隐性遗传性疾病,其特征为前庭水管扩大(enlarged vestibular aqueduct, EVA),伴有波动性、渐进性感音神经性听力损失(sensorineural hearing loss, SNHL),可能因为头部外伤或颅内压大幅变化等而突然发作或进展。
