OSA危险人群与耳鸣患病的相关性研究

Study on the Relevance of People at Risk of Obstructive Sleep Apnea and Tinnitus

摘要

目的探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停(obstructive sleep apnea, OSA)与耳鸣患病的相关性。方法选取2005-2008年和2015-2018年美国国家健康和营养调查(NHANES)中年龄≥20岁且参与了耳鸣和睡眠问卷调查者的相关数据，使用STOP-Bang问卷确定OSA危险人群，并通过Logistic回归模型分析OSA危险人群与耳鸣患病的相关性。结果在最终纳入的5 183例参与者中，非耳鸣组约占83.3%(4 320/5 183),耳鸣组约占16.7%(863/5 183)。耳鸣组STOP-Bang分数(3.71±1.51)比非耳鸣组(2.81±1.62)高(P<0.001);OSA低危组、中危组、高危组耳鸣的患病率分别为8.1%(175/1 973)、20.5%(435/1 689)、27.8%(253/658)(均为P<0.001)。多因素Logistic回归模型显示OSA中危组、高危组较低危组的耳鸣患病风险逐步增加，OR值及95%可信区间分别为2.348(1.920～2.871)、3.136(2.488～3.953)(均为P<0.001)。结论 OSA危险人群是耳鸣患病的独立危险因素，OSA风险程度越高者，耳鸣的患病率及患病风险越高。
