语言发育迟缓婴幼儿亲子互动质性研究及其在家庭干预中的应用

A qualitative study of parent-child interactions in infants and toddlers with language delays and an exploration of their application in home intervention

摘要
目的 总结普通话情境下语言发育迟缓婴幼儿亲子互动中不利于语言发育的具体行为表现,为制定家长参与的、促进语言发育的早期干预方案提供依据。方法 采取质性研究设计,使用互动分析法、类属分析法,归纳30例语言发育迟缓婴幼儿亲子互动视频中不利于语言发育的共性行为。使用质性研究结果效度检验方法,对108例语言发育迟缓婴幼儿亲子视频中家长的低质量互动行为给予5次建设性反馈指导,统计类属行为变化验证质性研究的效度。结果 语言发育迟缓婴幼儿亲子互动中存在不利于语言发育的10个行为问题可分为2大类属3个方面,分别为:家长互动技能问题5个,亲子间相互影响问题3个,互动环境问题2个。经5次治疗师反馈指导后,108组语言发育迟缓亲子互动存在的不利行为明显改善,其中8个问题达到80%稳定标准,实现了质性研究结果的效度验证。结论 本文质性研究总结出了不利于语言发育的亲子互动行为问题;基于亲子互动视频的行为分析及反馈,可提升家长的亲子互动技能,为婴幼儿创造良好的语言发育互动环境。
