远程康复模式在功能性嗓音障碍职业用嗓者中的应用

Application of tele-rehabilitation model in occupational voice users with functional voice disorders

摘要
目的 探讨远程康复模式对于嗓音障碍职业用嗓者嗓音恢复的临床疗效。方法 选取2022年9月至2023年4月就诊且符合入选标准的20例(女18例,男2例)功能性嗓音障碍职业用嗓者为研究对象,分为远程组与对照组,每组10例。两组均接受1次30 min的嗓音卫生教育,在此基础上,远程组还接受8次远程康复训练,每次30 min,每周2次,共4周。治疗前、后进行嗓音客观分析以及主观嗓音障碍指数量表(voice handicap index, VHI)与嗓音疲劳指数量表(voice fatigue index, VFI)评估,比较两组结果。结果 治疗前两组间各指标差异均无统计学意义(均为P>0.05);治疗后,远程组的最长声时、最大数数能力,基频微扰、振幅微扰、最低声强、最高声强及声带接触率微扰优于治疗前和对照组(P<0.05或P<0.001),VHI和VFI得分差异不显著(P>0.05);对照组与治疗前比较差异均无统计学意义(均为P>0.05)。结论 远程嗓音训练可显著改善嗓音障碍职业用嗓者的呼吸支持能力、呼吸发声的协调能力及嗓音音质,并拓宽音域范围,是一种可行的康复模式。
