依据头围预估0~6岁儿童真耳-耦合腔差的研究

摘要
目的 探索依据儿童头围预估真耳-耦合腔差(real-ear-to-coupler difference, RECD),以此进一步优化儿童助听器个性化精准验配方案。方法 对106例儿童(197耳)采用软尺进行头围测量,采用Otometrics AURICAL~(TM)对受试儿童进行个体RECD测试。利用SPSS软件一元回归分析头围、月龄与儿童各频率RECD值的相关性。结果 (1)男孩头围略大于女孩,但两者之间无显著性差异(P>0.05);(2)一元线性相关分析显示,750~6 000 Hz处儿童RECD值与头围呈负相关关系,1 000~6 000 Hz的RECD值可与头围建立回归方程;(3)依据头围通过回归公式计算出的RECD值,在1 000~3 000 Hz以及6 000 Hz处与儿童实际RECD无显著差异。结论 0~6岁儿童的个体RECD值与头围相关,随着头围增大,中高频处RECD值逐渐减小;针对体格发育与生理年龄不符的儿童,可依据头围预估儿童中高频处RECD值。
