梅尼埃病患者外周血中可溶性PD-L1和tIgE的表达及意义

The expression and significance of soluble PD-L1 and total IgE in peripheral blood of patients with Ménière's disease

摘要

目的研究sPD-L1、tIgE在梅尼埃病(Ménière's disease, MD)患者血清中的表达及意义。方法选取无免疫性疾病史的MD患者42例为实验组，年龄28～65岁，其中发作期23例，缓解期19例；选取同期健康者25例作为对照组，年龄29～67岁。通过酶联免疫吸附试剂盒检测两组外周血可溶性程序性死亡配体-1(soluble programmed death ligand 1,sPD-L1)和总免疫球蛋白(tIgE)水平。结果与对照组相比，MD患者血清sPD-L1水平显著降低，差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),且发作期血清sPD-L1水平低于缓解期，差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);MD患者血清tIgE阳性率显著升高，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清tIgE较低的患者的sPD-L1水平较高，且tIgE与sPD-L1呈显著负相关(r=-0.54,P<0.05)。结论免疫因素可能参与MD的发病机制，血清sPD-L1表达情况与MD的活动性相关，可能是疾病发展的保护性因素。
