摘要
反转相眼震在临床工作中并不少见,由于对其认识不足,给临床诊疗带来很大困惑,常导致误诊,并增加了患者的经济负担。本文旨在总结分析反转相眼震的机制、特点及临床意义,帮助临床医生更好地了解反转相眼震在良性阵发性位置性眩晕中的意义,以期对此类患者实现精准、高效的诊疗。
