<正>内淋巴积水(endo1ymphatichydrops,EH)是内耳膜迷路内淋巴液异常积聚导致压力升高的一种病理状态,是梅尼埃病(Ménièredisease)的关键病理特征之一。EH并非梅尼埃病患者特有,部分耳硬化、感音神经性聋~([1])、耳梅毒、自发性颅低压~([2,3])等患者亦存在EH的症状~([4])。EH的典型症状包括眩晕、耳鸣、耳闷胀感及听力损失,尤其以低频听力损失为主要表现。但是,EH致听力损失的具体机制尚不完全明确,限制了对该疾病的深入理解以及临床诊疗手段的优化。研究表明,EH导致的听力损失是由耳蜗力学环境变化引发的病理生理改变所致。因此,本文将聚焦EH致听力损失的耳蜗力学机制,阐述其研究假说和最新进展,为揭示疾病机制和制定干预策略提供理论支持。
