梅尼埃病和前庭性偏头痛的临床特点与相关机制研究进展

摘要
梅尼埃病(Ménière's disease, MD)和前庭性偏头痛(vestibular migraine, VM)是临床常见的两种发作性眩晕疾病。二者的临床表现有大量相似之处。VM患者常表现出与MD类似的听觉和前庭症状,MD患者也存在偏头痛特征,如头痛、畏光、偏头痛家族史阳性。因此,区分MD与VM是一项具有挑战性的工作,特别是在疾病的早期。尽管这两种疾病在很多方面有所重叠,但在流行病学特点、临床症状、实验室检查等方面仍有一些核心特征可供识别。然而,目前尚没有一种高度特异性的检查或生物学标志可区别二者,临床工作中医生需结合症状、体征、检查等多方面特征对MD和VM进行鉴别。
