智能手机采录帕金森病患者语音的声学特征分析

摘要
目的 通过智能手机采录的语音,探究帕金森病患者语音声学特征与正常健康者之间的差异,为后续语音智能云检测帕金森病奠定基础。方法 81例帕金森病患者和63例正常对照组,随机选择华为、小米、苹果智能手机,使用国家重点研发计划“主动康健”筛查小程序录制语音,通过Python中Praat库提取平均基频(Mean F0)、基频最小值(Min F0)、基频最大值(Max F0)、共振峰类(F1、F2、F3、F4)、振幅微扰(shimmer)和基频微扰(jitter)等指标,比较两组间差异。结果 帕金森病患者/ba/、/bi/、/bu/和/bo/的jitter和shimmer显著高于正常对照组;/bi/和/bo/的Mean F0和Max F0显著低于正常对照组;/bi/和/bu/的Min F0显著高于正常对照组。两组间/ba/、/bi/、/bo/、/bu/的F1、F2、F3、F4无统计学差异。结论 通过智能手机采录的语音进行定量分析可以分析出帕金森病患者的语音变化,为下一步语音智能云检测帕金森病系统构建打好坚实的基础。
