中小学及幼儿园教师嗓音疾病危险因素的Meta分析

Meta-analysis of risk factors for voice disorders among primary and secondary school teachers and kindergarten teachers

摘要
目的 系统评价影响中小学及幼儿园教师嗓音疾病的因素。方法 计算机检索万方、维普、CBM、CNKI、Embase、PubMed、Cochrane Library、Web of Science、Scopus公开发表的与中小学及幼儿园教师嗓音疾病影响因素有关的文献,检索时限从建库到2023年12月,由2位研究者独立筛选文献,并提取资料,采用Stata 16.0进行Meta分析。结果 共纳入文献13篇,总样本量60 866例。结果显示,胃酸反流[4.01(2.31,6.96)](OR值、95%CI)、呼吸道过敏[2.84(2.09,3.86)]、压力[2.76(2.20,3.46)]、吸烟[1.67,(1.54,1.80)]、上呼吸道感染[3.01(1.77,5.11)]、大声讲话[2.10(1.57,2.79)]、环境嘈杂[1.56(1.27,1.91)]、过度用嗓[2.05(1.49,2.82)]、教室噪声[1.92(1.22,3.03)]为教师嗓音疾病的危险因素。结论 中小学及幼儿园教师嗓音疾病受多种因素的影响,应关注重点人群并进行嗓音疾病早期筛查与防治。
