2~3岁低口语孤独症与语言发育迟缓儿童类言语发声特征的比较研究

摘要
目的 分析孤独症(autism spectrum disorder, ASD)、语言发育迟缓(language delay, LD)及正常发展(typical development, TD)儿童类言语发声的特征,筛选出敏感的类言语发声指标,为临床评估和康复提供参考依据。方法 选取性别、口语水平相匹配的ASD儿童、LD儿童和TD儿童各15例,采用中文版《沟通复杂性量表》半结构化游戏互动任务对三组儿童的类言语发声行为进行评估,比较三组儿童总发声频次、沟通性发声频次、元音发声比例、典范音节发声比例和辅音类型数的差异。结果 ASD儿童的沟通性发声显著少于LD儿童和TD儿童(P<0.05),LD儿童与TD儿童的沟通性发声无显著差异(P>0.05);三组儿童的总发声频次、元音发声比例、典范音节发声比例和辅音类型数均无显著差异。结论 沟通性发声可作为低口语ASD儿童评估诊断和康复训练的参考指标之一,LD儿童类言语发声发展延迟但与TD儿童具有类似的发展模式。
