医用口罩对声学特征及空气动力学影响的动物模型研究

摘要
目的 通过建立动物模型模拟正常人类佩戴口罩时的发声,探究不同种类口罩对发声的影响。方法 选取16只保留完整声门上结构的比格犬喉,建立声道模型,实验组8只分别佩戴医用外科口罩和N95口罩,对照组8只不佩戴口罩,测量声门下发声阈压(phonation threshold pressure, PTP)、发声阈气流(phonation threshold pressure, PTF)、基频、频率微扰、振幅微扰、谐噪比、平稳段相对声强,比较两组结果。结果 实验组佩戴两种口罩时与对照组之间,PTP、PTF、基频、频率微扰、振幅微扰、谐噪比差异无明显统计学意义(P>0.05),平稳段声强与对照组之间存在明显差异(P=0.003),但佩戴普通外科口罩与N95口罩之间声强差异无统计学意义。结论 佩戴普通外科口罩及N95口罩在一定气流下,可能导致离体犬喉发声时声强降低。
