基于智能设备的听力筛查系统研究进展

摘要
基于智能设备的听力筛查系统是利用智能手机、平板电脑等智能设备,结合相应的软件或程序,自动判断个体听力是否正常的系统,成本低、便捷性高,适用于大规模人群筛查。本文综述了基于智能设备的听力筛查系统的有效性、临床应用及面临的挑战,并提出针对老年人群特点开发筛查系统及建立筛查模式的建议。研究表明,与传统的纯音听阈测试相比,基于智能设备的听力筛查系统检测听力损失的敏感性和特异性均较高,主要测试技术有气导纯音听阈测试、噪声下数字三联音测试等,可应用于全年龄段人群,但实际应用中其准确度会受到受试者年龄、认知、环境噪声、测试设备性能等影响。目前基于智能设备的听力筛查系统很多,但推广和使用受限,主要是由于没有结合目标人群特点的筛查系统和模式。建议开发符合汉语语音学特点的噪声下数字三联音微信小程序作为老年人听力筛查系统,结合各地区城乡特点分层级建立基于社区服务中心及基层医疗卫生机构、体检中心、移动听力车的老年人群听力筛查模式。
