噪声性聋机制及潜在分子治疗的研究现状

摘要
<正>噪声性聋(Noise induced hearing loss, NIHL)又称噪声性听力损伤,是由于暴露于噪声环境中,导致耳蜗毛细胞损伤为典型性病理改变的一种进行性感音神经性聋。成年哺乳动物耳蜗毛细胞损伤后不能再生,是导致永久性听力损伤的主要原因。世界上约5%的人口遭受噪声导致的听力损伤,噪声性聋是世界工业化国家的一个主要职业风险,影响工人的交流,严重者会造成神经、内分泌和消化系统等功能受损,导致社会生产力下降([1])。
