<正>核苷酸结合寡聚结构域样受体蛋白3(NOD-like receptor protein 3,NLRP3)作为模式识别受体,可识别各种危险信号,帮助炎症小体组装,促使半胱氨酸天冬氨酸蛋白酸1(caspase-1)前体成熟并释放白介素-1β(IL-1β)、白介素-18(IL-18),间接促进肿瘤坏死因子(tumor necrosis factor α,TNF-α)等炎症因子上调。
