耳内镜下的耳硬化症手术进展

摘要
<正>耳硬化症(otosclerosis)又名为耳海绵化症(otospongiosis),是一种内耳性疾病,主要病理特征为局限性骨吸收及骨迷路包囊海绵样变性,其临床特点主要表现为双耳或单耳渐进性传导性聋、耳鸣及部分伴眩晕~([1,2])。目前治疗该病的最佳方式是行人工镫骨植入手术,公认的耳硬化症的标准术式是显微镜下人工镫骨手术([1,3~5])。然而,最近十余年来随着耳内镜各种配套设备的快速发展,耳内镜下人工镫骨手术正占据着越来越重要的地位。
