电磁发音仪在构音障碍患者言语运动康复中的应用进展

摘要
<正>构音障碍(articulation disorder)是目前言语康复领域的主要功能障碍之一,许多疾病如脑卒中、脑外伤、脑瘫、帕金森病等患者由于构音器官的运动无力或不协调等原因,会出现以音位替代或歪曲等表现为特点的构音障碍[1]。目前在临床诊疗工作中构音障碍以量表评估为主,研究工作也大多基于感知和声学分析,而采用定量分析构音器官运动学特征的直观检测手段相对较少。对患者构音器官的运动特征给予定量描述,能更客观地反映其运动功能,研究者曾尝试过多种观测工具,如:放射性电影照相术(cineradiography)(Kent等,1975)、X射线微束系统(X ray microbeam system)(Hirose等,1982)和电腭图(electropalatography,EPG)等,描述构音器官运动功能,但因辐射或价格昂贵等原因无法长期、广泛使 用。
