IL-10、TGF-β1及iNOS在不同病理分型声带白斑中的表达及意义

摘要
目的 评估白介素-10(IL-10)、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)及诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)在不同病理分级声带白斑中的表达,探讨其与声带白斑癌变的关系。方法 通过免疫组织化学染色技术和计算机图像定量分析法,检测IL-10、TGF-β1及iNOS在40例临床诊断为声带白斑且病理分型分别为10例鳞状上皮单纯性增生、10例鳞状上皮轻度不典型增生、10例鳞状上皮中重度不典型增生、10例声门型喉癌及10例声带息肉中的表达,比较各组结果。结果 随着声带上皮细胞异型程度的增加,IL-10表达量逐渐升高,在声带鳞状上皮单纯性增生、轻度不典型增生、中重度不典型增生与声门型喉癌间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),其表达在声带鳞状上皮单纯性增生和声带息肉间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。iNOS和TGF-β1的表达除在声带鳞状上皮单纯性增生和声带息肉间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)外,其他各组间的表达比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),两者的表达量在声带鳞状上皮单纯性增生、轻度不典型增生、中重度不典型增生中呈递增趋势,而中重度不典型增生进展为喉癌时,表达量降低。结论 TGF-β1和iNOS的表达量改变可能为声带白斑癌变过程中的早期事件,IL-10可作为声带白斑早期癌变的分子标记物之一。
