国内多省份言语治疗师医患沟通倾向性调查研究

A Survey on Doctor-Patient Communication Tendency of Speech Therapists in Many Provinces of China

摘要
目的 调查国内多省份言语治疗师医患沟通倾向性情况,探讨性别、工作单位性质、从业年限、学历对其的影响。方法 以《中文改良版-医患关系导向量表》(Chinese-revised patient-practitioner orientation scale, CR-PPOS)为工具(共11题,包含分享和关心2个维度),调查国内26个省340名言语治疗师的医患沟通倾向性情况,高于3.5分代表以患者为中心的倾向性,低于3.5分代表以医生为中心的倾向性,并分析不同性别、工作单位性质、从业年限、学历的差异。结果 340名言语治疗师CR-PPOS的平均得分为4.06±0.72分,呈以患者为中心的医患沟通倾向性,关心维度的得分(4.98±0.83分)高于分享维度的得分(3.29±0.91分),且差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);女性的总分(P<0.001)、分享维度得分(P=0.009)和关心维度得分(P<0.001)均显著性高于男性;且非医疗系统单位者分享维度评分高于医疗系统(P=0.049);不同学历者在关心维度得分有显著性差异(P=0.011),多重比较显示研究生以上学历者得分>学士学历者>学士以下学历者;不同从业年限者总分及两个维度的得分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 国内言语治疗师在医患沟通中整体偏好以患者为中心,但仍需提高其在信息分享上的表现;性别、单位性质、学历在不同层面对言语治疗师医患沟通倾向性有显著影响,在职业培训时应注意弥合相应差距。
