<正>听神经瘤(acoustic neuroma,AN)是起源于内听道前庭神经鞘膜雪旺细胞的良性肿瘤,也称前庭神经鞘瘤(vestibular schwannomas,VS),占桥小脑脚区肿瘤的80%。通常,VS多为单侧孤立性发生,双侧发病患者为2型神经纤维瘤病(neurofibromatosis type 2,NF2),大约5%~10%的 VS患者会被确诊为 NF2([1])。VS患者早期通常表现为单侧听力下降、耳鸣、伴有平衡功能障碍,
