填塞材料在中耳手术中应用的研究进展

摘要
<正>中耳手术中通常会使用某种填塞材料以达到支撑、止血、吸水、防止粘连和促进愈合等作用。由于中耳粘膜对异物非常敏感([1]),填塞物可能会引起炎症反应、异物反应、鼓室粘连、纤维化及新骨形成等([1]),填塞物可能会引起炎症反应、异物反应、鼓室粘连、纤维化及新骨形成等([2]),甚至会造成听力损伤([2]),甚至会造成听力损伤([3]),影响手术效果。理想的中耳填塞材料应该具有以下功能和特点:可为移植物提供足够的支撑;具有良好止血和吸水作用;可促进伤口愈合;可预防鼓室粘连和粘膜纤维化;生物相容性好;可降解吸收;安全性高,无毒性;具有可塑性;性价比高,
