声带粘连的治疗进展

摘要
<正>声带粘连因纤维结缔组织连接双侧声带从而造成声门局部狭窄,主要见于反复或长时间气管插管、喉外伤、多次喉内手术,特别是累及双侧声带或前联合的手术([1])。声带粘连的临床表现为声音嘶哑、发声疲劳、呼吸费力,严重者可出现呼吸困难。目前常见的治疗声带粘连方式有单纯粘连分离、粘连分离联合喉模植入或者抗粘连药物的注射或者颊黏膜移植;随着科学技术的发展,组织工程技术也显示了其应用前景。然而,无论何种方法,目前都没有达到完美的声带形态以及功能恢复。
