地塞米松联合金纳多治疗爆震性聋的疗效分析

Clinical Study on the Efficacy of Dexamethasone Combined with Ginaton in the Treatment of Explosive Deafness

摘要
目的 探讨地塞米松联合金纳多治疗爆震性聋的临床疗效。方法 将2016年1月~2021年2月就诊于空军特色医学中心确诊且病程<30天的179例爆震性聋患者随机分为三组,A组(金纳多组)70例、B组(金纳多+地塞米松5 mg组)57例、C组(金纳多+地塞米松10 mg组)52例;全部患者治疗前及相应治疗10天后均进行系统的听力学检测,比较各组疗效。结果 A、B、C三组的治疗有效率分别为29.35%、67.11%、91.43%;在低频(250 Hz),B、C组的疗效优于A组(P<0.05);而在中高频(3 000、4 000、6 000、8 000 Hz),C组的疗效明显优于A、B两组(P<0.05),除250 Hz外,A、B两组各频率听阈改善差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 地塞米松联合金纳多治疗爆震性聋有明显临床效果。
