《韩国喉科及语音-言语矫治学会单侧声带麻痹管理指南》解读

<正>2020年9月，韩国喉科及语音-言语矫治学会（Korean Society of Laryngology,Phoniatrics and Logopedics,KSLPL）专家组发布了单侧声带麻痹（unilateral vocal fold paralysis,UVFP）的临床管理指南([1])（以下简称“韩国指南”）。该指南涵盖了UVFP诊断和治疗中的6个方面，即初步评估、自然恢复、内科治疗、外科治疗、嗓音训练和预防误吸，且在6个方面中确定了共16个关于UVFP亟需回答的关键问题。韩国指南依据最新的文献数据及专家意见，对16个关键问题分别提出了相关推荐意见，
