几种国际梅尼埃病诊治指南的比较

<正>截止目前，国际上有关梅尼埃病(Meniere’s disease, MD)诊断的指南或标准已经颁发数次，较为重要的分别是1985([1])、1995([1])、1995([2])、2020([2])、2020([3])年美国耳鼻咽喉-头颈外科学会(AAO-HNS),以及2015年([3])年美国耳鼻咽喉-头颈外科学会(AAO-HNS),以及2015年([4])巴拉尼(Barany)协会发布的指南或诊断标准。2020年日本平衡学会也发布了MD诊断与治疗策略([4])巴拉尼(Barany)协会发布的指南或诊断标准。2020年日本平衡学会也发布了MD诊断与治疗策略([5]),有必要对这些指南在临床表现方面要求的差异进行比较分析，以便更好地理解并指导MD的临床诊治。
