中耳压力调节研究进展

<正>临床上多种中耳疾病的发生、发展及术后转归均与中耳压力(或中耳通气)密切相关,透彻理解中耳压力平衡机制具有重要的临床意义。中耳压力平衡调节机制复杂,现有研究结果表明,影响中耳压力调节的因素包括:①咽鼓管功能;②乳突缓冲作用;③跨膜气体交换;④上、中鼓室气体交换(通过鼓峡和/或鼓膜张肌皱襞裂孔)。中耳腔与外环境之间较大的压力变化是通过间隙性咽鼓管开放来调节;而中耳较小压力变化是通过持续的乳突缓冲作用和跨膜气体交换来调节([1]);
