数字助听器降噪技术对老年性听障者噪声下言语识别的影响

Effects of the Noise Reduction Technology of Digital Hearing Aid on Speech Recognition in Patients with Presbycusis

摘要
目的 探讨数字助听器降噪技术对老年性听障者噪声下言语识别的影响。方法 30例双侧中度至重度老年性听障者根据每天佩戴助听器(双侧佩戴)时长分为<4 h/d组(12例)与≥4 h/d组(18例)。在助听器降噪功能开启与关闭状态下,分别测试言语声信号均在正前方,噪声在0°与90°方位(较好耳一侧),信噪比为5和0 dB时的言语识别率,比较助听器降噪功能开启与关闭时患者的噪声下言语识别率以及两组间不同条件噪声下言语识别率的差异。结果 (1)助听器降噪功能开启时受试者噪声下言语识别率得分高于关闭状态。<4 h/d组在信噪比为0 dB时,助听器降噪功能开启时患者的噪声下言语识别率较关闭时更高;≥4 h/d组各条件下开启助听器降噪功能时受试者的言语识别率均高于关闭降噪功能时;(2)无论助听器降噪功能开启与否,≥4 h/d组噪声下言语识别率得分均高于<4 h/d组。结论 数字助听器降噪功能对于老年性听障者在噪声下的言语识别有帮助;日均佩戴助听器时长越长,降噪功能对其噪声下的言语识别帮助越大。
