侧腭化语音障碍儿童舌体运动模式的多模态研究

A Multimodal Study of Tongue Movement Patterns in Speech Sound Disorder Children with Lateralized and Palatalized Misarticulation

摘要
目的 探索侧腭化语音障碍儿童发音舌位及声学特征。方法 选取18例临床诊断为侧腭化语音功能障碍的男童(侧腭化组),年龄4~13岁,平均6±0.6岁;招募18例语音功能正常男童志愿者作为对照组,年龄4~10岁,平均6±0.3岁。通过超声仪和Praat语音分析软件,采集两组发普通话8个单元音[a]、[o]、[?]、[i]、[u]、[y]、[?]、[?]时的舌体超声图像(正中矢状面及冠状面)和声学共振峰,比较两组结果,总结侧腭化语音障碍儿童发元音时舌体的运动模式。结果 舌体超声图像显示,在发[a]、[o]、[?]、[i]、[u]、[y]时,侧腭化组超声显著小于正常组(P<0.05),发[?]、[?]时的冠状面舌体高度指标及舌背约束指数以及矢状面舌尖舌高点距离和舌矢状面舌高点偏移指数也显著小于正常对照组(P<0.05)。声学共振峰中,侧腭化组/?/音F2值(2 058.1±329.4 Hz)大于正常对照组(1 780.7±395.7 Hz),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余7个元音共振峰均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 侧腭化语音障碍儿童发音的超声影像表现为冠状面舌中线上抬,矢状面舌尖部收缩模式;发[i]音的变体音[?]和[?]时侧腭化发音特征表现得更全面和更明显。声学指标提示细微方体改变的敏感性不如超声影像技术。
