半封闭声道嗓音训练治疗教师声带小结的临床研究

摘要
目的 探讨半封闭声道嗓音训练法治疗教师声带小结的临床疗效。方法 回顾性分析2018年1月至2021年6月教师声带小结患者45例的临床资料,分为2组,实验组21例采用半封闭声道嗓音训练法,对照组24例采用传统方法嗓音训练,选取同期正常嗓音者30例作为正常组,通过嗓音障碍指数-10(VHI-10)量表、动态喉镜检查、计算机嗓音声学分析等,评估半封闭声道嗓音训练法的治疗效果。结果 实验组21例中7例声带小结消失,12例缩小,2例无变化;对照组24例中10例声带小结消失,11例缩小,3例无变化。实验组及对照组VHI-10主观评分均明显下降(P<0.05),但实验组较对照组下降更明显(P<0.05)。嗓音声学分析结果显示,治疗后实验组及对照组基频及DSI值升高,基频微扰、振幅微扰下降,差异均有统计学差异(P<0.05);实验组DSI值提高较对照组明显,差异有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 半封闭声道嗓音训练治疗声带小结效果良好,值得临床推广应用。
