<正>近年来,突发性聋(sudden hearing loss, SHL)的发病率在全球范围内呈上升趋势,其病因及发病机制尚不清楚,目前公认的病因有慢性炎症、病毒感染、免疫性疾病、血管微循环障碍、肿瘤等,然而,大多数患者没有明确的病因。SHL诊断和治疗指南(2015)[1]提出不同听阈曲线类型的SHL可能有不同的发病机制,且治疗和预后均有较大差异。本文拟通过综述炎症、免疫和代谢因素与突发性聋预后的相关性及其生物学机制研究进展,
