COVID-19大流行下世界卫生组织的全球防聋行动

<正>新型冠状病毒肺炎(corona virus disease 2019,COVID-19)在全球范围的暴发与流行对人类健康和安全带来严重危害,同时也给各国的卫生体系造成了巨大冲击和破坏。世界卫生组织(WHO)2020年8月26日发布的首份关于COVID-19大流行对卫生系统造成影响的调查报告显示,全球5个区域105个国家上报的数据表明:2020年3月至6月期间,90%的国家基本卫生服务受到了疫情干扰,许多常规和择期医疗服务已经暂停,其中低收入和中等收入国家遇到的困难尤为突出([1])。在此艰难时刻WHO提出了"加强合作,增进健康"的倡议,不但引领着全球的抗疫战斗,同时在防治非传染性疾病(NCDs),包括预防聋和听力减退等方面也未停止步伐,继续以各种方式积极推进以"人人享有健康生活和福祉"为目标的全球行动计划([1])。在此艰难时刻WHO提出了"加强合作,增进健康"的倡议,不但引领着全球的抗疫战斗,同时在防治非传染性疾病(NCDs),包括预防聋和听力减退等方面也未停止步伐,继续以各种方式积极推进以"人人享有健康生活和福祉"为目标的全球行动计划([2])。
